Eddie and Jan first bought a property in Spain 2002 as a holiday home and like many others had enjoyed many trips here enjoying the sunshine and the Spanish way of life. Back in 2005 they bought a villa close to the village of San Miguel, with a view to permanently live in Spain and moved here in 2006. Since living here, they have been busy working in the estate agency business, gaining endless knowledge and accumulating numerous very good reliable business colleagues, including solicitors, mortgage advisors, builders and all associated trades.

Eddie spends a lot of time out of the office with clients either viewing properties or taking properties on including being behind the camera taking photos of some of the lovely properties being offered. He has enjoyed taking photographs for a number of years on a semi professional basis having had many of his photos published. Taking photographs was something that started off as just a pleasurable hobby for him; so you never know where things will lead.

While San Miguel Estates are based in San Miguel de Salinas they cover a wide surrounding area inland to Murcia and from Pinosa in the north down south heading towards Cartagena.
