This refund policy applies to advertising products or services purchased from Kyero.com

We hope that you will be delighted with the service that you receive from Kyero.com If, for any reason, you are not happy with a purchase from us, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll make every effort to rectify the situation.

In the event that the descriptive product or service information contained on Kyero.com is inaccurate or we fail to deliver the service or product as described, we will refund you according to the original payment method. We will refund a sum equal to the unused portion of any service purchased minus any term-related discount. For example. If a purchase is made of an annual service and a refund is requested immediately, we will refund the full amount straight away. If a refund is requested after 1 month, we will refund the full amount minus the normal rate for a monthly contract for this service.

Please note that we do not refund any prepaid advertising fees other than for reasons where Kyero.com has mis-represented or mis-delivered a product or service.

90-day Risk-Free Test Drive

The 90-day risk-free test drive and the money back guarantee are available to estate agents who, within 30 days of starting the trial, advertise at least 15 unique properties on Kyero.com, and continue to advertise them for the remainder of the trial period. The 90-day test-drive is only available to advertisers who have not registered with or advertised with Kyero.com previously.

Refund requests must be made by opening a support ticket within 10 working days AFTER the expiry of the full 90-day period.
