Welcome to Casa Sahana, a privately owned and managed luxury villa, located near to the centre of the attractive village of Tias.

For those of you who are familiar with Tias, Casa Sahana is on Calle san Pedro which is a great location, close to the shops, restaurants and tapas bars. The villa is about 3 minutes walk from the butcher (Charcon) and the new supermarket, whilst in the other direction the restaurant La Casona is about 4 minutes walk.

And some good news for golfers; the new course is less than 2 minutes drive away!

About 60% of our clients are regulars and most have stayed in other villas in Tias before making Casa Sahana their favourite choice, so we are confident that you will enjoy the villa and have a great holiday.

Starting with the outside:

Casa Sahana has a spacious, secluded south facing patio with sun beds, pool shower and a built-in Canarian barbecue. There is also a great dinning area, shaded by a pergola and equipped with tables and chairs.

In the centre of the patio is the large private swimming pool with Roman Steps in the shallow-end, making it safely accessible by people of all ages. The pool is larger than most measuring 26 by 13 feet, so there is plenty of room for everyone and for the energetic, plenty of space for a good work out! The pool is heated by solar with an electrical back-up system, ensuring a very pleasant temperature throughout the whole year.

Going through the wooden gate in the patio will take you into you own private tropical garden containing, Palms, Yuccas, Aloe Vera and many other exotic plants.

Moving to the inside:

Casa Sahana has been built and finished to a high standard using attractive woods and marble. Accommodation consists of three large bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes.

One bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs; this bedroom has a king-size double bed and a balcony providing good views of the sea and the neighbouring islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura. The other two bedrooms and a shared bathroom, are located on the ground floor, these bedrooms have twin single beds. One of the bedrooms has French-windows opening out onto the terrace by the pool and the other has views of the mountains behind the villa. Both bathrooms have baths with overhead showers.

There is a spacious kitchen, with a separate small utility room and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven with ceramic hob, a large fridge / freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker and a toaster. In the utility room, there is a washing machine, iron with ironing board and a hair-dryer.

Exiting the dining area you enter a Canarian style courtyard garden with a 'rustic' pergola.

An attractively furnished lounge, opens out onto the terrace by the pool. In the lounge there is Satellite Television, DVD and CD / Stereo equipment. There is also a video player and a cupboard full of videos a number of which are children’s viewing.

A basic welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, etc., is provided and a more extensive welcome pack, containing items of your choice, can be provided by arrangement. A maid service will clean and change the bed linen and towels once a week. The pool will be cleaned twice a week and the gardens will be maintained and watered once a week. We have a local property manager who can be contacted if you have any questions about the villa.
