two bedroom villa in the heart of playa flamenca - this villa is situated on a gated private complex, just off the main market street in playa flamenca.property image it is a typical spanish villa, with tiled terracing and a low maintenance garden, consisting of cactus, it´s very own palm tree and a bougainvillea, also known as (paper flower) that caresses the stairway which leads to the spacious rooftop solarium.
living/dining room - is furnished to a very high standard, with air-conditioning and also a ceiling fan with built in lights. it has a three seater settee and a relaxing armchair, there is a wall unit that supports the flat screen tv, with full uk package, along with dvd player and a midi hi fi system.property image there is also a selection of books within the unit. the room is very bright and spacious and also contains a circular wooden dining table complete with four matching chairs.
kitchen - an archway separates the living room area from the kitchen, which is fitted with beautiful pine units, along with a black marble work surface. the kichen contains all the necessary utensils as well as fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine and other white goods. property imagethere is a utility room, adjacent to the kitchen, where cleaning equipment is stored.
bedrooms - the master bedroom is well furnished, consisting of a double bed with bedside cabinets at either side, complete with lamps and a matching chest of drawers. the bedroom also has fitted wardrobes, air-con is also fitted along with variable speed ceiling fan. a large window allows natural light to flood into this room. the twin bedroom consists of two single beds, fitted wardrobes and a dividing bedside cabinet, plus a bedside lamp. air-con is also fitted in this room, along with variable speed ceiling fan. this bedroom is also full of natural light as it also has a large double window. all bed linen and towels are provided, with the exception of beach towels.
bathroom - the bathroom is beautifully tiled from top to bottom and contains a bath with overhead shower, wc and bidet. there is a pedestal hand basin above which is a large mirror with fitted spot lights. the room also contains a large white bathroom cabinet with ample cupboard space.
communal swimming pool - the swimming pool is set in the middle of the complex and is only a short stroll away from the villa. there are showers situated at either end of the pool. the pool is divided into two. a small pool for children to play in and the larger adult pool, which slopes from shallow to deep. there are chromed ladders for access and egress from the pool. there´s also a very spacious area around the pool to accommodate sunbathers. amenities - the nearest bar and restaurant are the spirit of ireland and the chino dragon chinese restaurant. are approximately 2 minute walk from the villa. slightly more further afield is the via park l & ll commercial centre, which is approximately 10 minutes stroll away, where a multitude of bars and restaurants can be found, including the famous judges chambers irish bar. playa flamenca is famous for it´s saturday market, which stretches the full length of calle nicolas de bussi, which is only seconds away from the villa. the beaches are 1km away and the supermarket is 0.75km away from the villa.
