This very spacious one bedroom ground floor apartment is situated just one minute walk away from the famous Cabo Roig strip and is set in the grounds of the well maintained complex of El Cid, which is a 5 minute walk to the golden sands of Cabo Roig beach and harbour. The apartment has a private garden to the rear, which is excellent for the sun worshiper.
This one bedroom ground floor Spanish style apartment is extremely spacious and bright, due to the light which floods in through the double patio doors that look out to the private rear courtyard and sunbathing area. The apartment is fully secure with security grills on the doors and windows. There is also a fitted safe within the property.
The living room and dining area are well furnished, with a three seater bed settee and two easy swivel chairs. There is also a welsh dresser which has plenty of storage space along with a matching set of drawers. The apartment has the full UK TV package and a DVD player. Air conditioning has been installed in the property along with ceiling fans. Spanish style wooden window shutters are fitted to the front of the apartment and all the windows throughout the apartment have been fitted with fly screens, including the patio doors that lead out to the private courtyard/sunbathing area. Patio furniture and sun-loungers are also provided.
The kitchen area, hosts a large breakfast bar with four wooden stools. It is fully equipped and contains all white goods, i.e. microwave, large fridge/freezer and washing machine. The cooker has two electric rings and two gas rings, complete with an electric oven. There is ample cupboard space above and below the work surface. An extractor fan is built into the units above the cooker.

At the front of the apartment, there is a crazy paved path lined with palm trees which leads down to the pool area and is approximately a 1 minute walk away. The pool is overlooked by palm trees and apartments. The pool is split into two, a small children´s pool and a larger pool for the more accomplished swimmer. There is ample space surrounding the pool for sunbathing.
