north facing two bedroom, ground floor apartment in cabo roig, within a large private complex, which also boasts of a communal pool overlooking the mediterranean sea. a beautiful garden area with barbacue´s and tennis courts, also a children’s play area. the beach is a short stroll away and the complex is very close to all shops, bars and restaurants. the famous cabo roig strip is just minutes away.
this ground floor apartment overlooks the main entrance to the complex. the view from the patio looks out to one of the water features of the complex and onto the stunning rose gardens and cactus formations with a backdrop of palm trees lining the street that leads down onto the cliff top.
the apartment consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, separate kitchen with a living room and dining area. the apartment is furnished to a high standard, with a fully fitted kitchen that includes all white goods and utensils. there is a serving hatch from the kitchen into the dining area, where a large dining table and six chairs are situated. the living room area consists of a large wooden wall unit, which houses the tv and dvd player (no uk tv) there are various books and games and also a radio/cd player. there is also a three seater settee, a single compfy chair and a glass topped coffee table. this room leads out through glass sliding doors onto the patio that overlooks the garden area.
the main bedroom has a double bed with 2 bedside cabinets and lamps. the bedroom has fitted wardrobes with large sliding doors and a large ceiling fan. the view from the bedroom is onto the patio and the flowered garden area of the complex. the twin bedroom has 2 single beds with a bedside cabinet and lamp and also has fitted wardrobes and a large ceiling fan. all bedding a towels are supplied.
the bathroom has a large fitted wall mirror and below is an oval sink that is inlaid into a marble sink unit, along with wc, bidet and bath with an overhead shower.
the apartment also has a utility area, where mops and brushes are stored. this is also where the washing machine is fitted. there is also a rear courtyard which makes for an excellent drying area, to insure a wash free week on your return home.
the calas de campoamor complex is arguably the best family complex in cabo roig. with the fantastic pool area, which consists of a large children’s pool, a kidney shaped swimming area, a round diving pool and also set into the three pools is a circular jacuzzi. there is also a professional lifeguard on duty through the summer months.
the view from the pool area looks out across the meditteranean sea and down onto the luxurious cabot roig harbour. adjacent to the pool area is a large mowed grassed area, which is excellent for sunbathing and picnics. there is a path, which leads around the back of the complex and winds it’s way through a well attended garden area.
the barbecue area has three large purpose built barbecues and there are also tables and benches set in amongst the fir trees that surround the barbecue area. night time barbecues are very popular due to the floodlights from the three full size tennis courts behind the barbecue area.
the beaches of cabo roig are a short walk away from the complex. where sun beds can be hired along with parasols. there is also a beach bar through the summer months, where soft drinks, along with cold beers and tapas can be purchased.
there is a 55€ cleaning charge payable on arrival.
