The accommodation is spacious comprising entrance porch, hall, guest washroom, 'L' shaped open plan living/dining room with flat screen Sat TV & a fully fitted luxury kitchen.
The conservatory, with patio dining suite, leads from the lounge to the garden & overlooks the private swimming pool & terrece.
Upstairs, there are 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms & a dressing room. The master bedroom has a private terrace with spiral stairs to the roof terrace.
The lower level comprises a further lounge/dining area, a third double bedroom & a single bedroom, both with with e-suite bathrooms. The 5th bedroom is a twin with off-set bunks. The laundry/utility room is also located on the lower level.
Outside there is a private garden, partly laid to lawn, & a dining area with bar.
Features include, PayGo Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning & solar powered hot water. Oil fired central heating & underfloor heating for the winter months.

Nerja is a coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a long tradition of fishing and agriculture. The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people's houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops and tapas bars & restaurants.
