Villa Charlotte is located in Olivella, 10 minutes inland from Sitges and Villanova, both of which are absolutely beautiful small coastal towns with sandy beaches about 40 km south west of Barcelona.
This lovely detached villa has 6 bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops can all be found in Sitges and Villanova, and there is also a bar/restaurant within a few minutes walk of the villa where you can not only eat well, but also buy essential food items.
Villa Charlotte is a beautiful new but authentically Ibizan rustic style villa. Natural materials have been used throughout. The living room and kitchen measure 6.5 x 18 metres and there is plenty of room on the terraces outside to sit and enjoy the sun and admire the views.
The swimming pool is 8x4 metres and the lovely garden is 1500 sq. metres. The house is entered on level 1 where the garage (with washing machine) and 2 of the bedrooms with double beds are located. These beds can be separated into twin beds and the 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. A staircase leads up to the large open plan living room and kitchen. There are a couple of steps up to an office and 2 further bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with bunk beds. These 2 bedrooms share another bathroom. A car is necessary with this villa. It's a picturesque 10 to 15 minutes drive to Sitges or Villanova, all the way through the hills and vineyards. It takes 40 minutes to drive to Barcelona, and 35 minutes to Tarragona.
