A different style of accommodation; a genuine 'Made in Finland' all wood chalet with 2 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms; lounge and dining area, American style kitchen with large breakfast bar. Upstairs veranda, large sun terrace that faces south west.
The chalet is built within the grounds of the owners villa but is completely self-contained, very private with own separate entrance gate.
The 2 Bedrooms - Main with 1 double bed, 2nd has twin beds. They are full sized rooms with plenty of head room!
The upstairs bathroom is fully fitted plus a heated towel rail.
The veranda upstairs is not overlooked - good panoramic views and stunning sunsets. Ideal for sundowner drinks.
Downstairs accommodation is spacious and very comfortable. The lounge area is perfect to relax with 40 channel cable TV. There is a video player and music CD/Tape player; 10 radio stations including BBC Radio 2.
The Breakfast bar is great; the kitchen is all new with gas hob, electric oven, microwave/grill, dishwasher and autowasher. It is fully kitted out. The downstairs shower room is good sized – of course everything is wood styled.
Included within the price is a full sized tennis court. Hard asphalt surface, excellent quality – rackets not provided – only tennis balls! It is not floodlit. The chalet is perfect for mature couples that want something totally different; it is very snug and warm, yet cool during the hotter months.
With a choice of airports at Valencia and Alicante that serve many low cost flights – the owners can accommodate short 4 night breaks as well as 7 nights.
The Chalet is located on the Costa Nova area of Javea very close to the lighthouse of Cabo la Nao. Javea is known as ‘The pearl of the Costa Blanca’. There are numerous bars and restaurants within the area some within walking distance. There are several supermarkets locally, even an “English Corner Shop” very close by. A car would be beneficial.
