There are a further 12 golf courses in the region of Murcia within a few minutes drive of the resort.

This apartment has been superbly and immaculately furnished, with everything you could need for a perfect relaxing holiday.
There is a lovely large, light and spacious lounge diner, with oak dining table and 6 chairs. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs, large TV, DVD and satellite TV. The lounge has large patio doors to the private terrace.
The terrace is large with an outside dining area under a pergola, and plenty of space for relaxing on the sun-loungers. From the terrace are fantastic views of the golf course, the pool and across to the Mar Menor.
The kitchen in integral, stylish and well equipped with fridge freezer, oven and hob, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a breakfast bar separating the kitchen from the lounge dining area.
The master bedroom has a double bed and patio doors to the terrace. It has plenty of wardrobe and storage space and a safe in the wardrobe. There is a wonderful en suite bathroom with twin basins, bath with shower over, WC and bidet.
The second bedroom is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, it has fantastic views of the orange groves which of course give a wonderful perfume during Spring. There is a luxurious shower room with powerful shower in cubicle, wash hand basin, WC and bidet, to accompany this bedroom.
The apartment has integral air conditioning and warm air heating.

Stepping out of the patio doors onto a fabulous terrace with stunning views, in the foreground of the golf course, the lake on the course and the community pool.
