a superbly furnished two bedroomed, one bathroom apartment set on the prestigious complex of calas de campoamor ii. this south facing apartment boasts of a large flat screen tv with full uk tv package, hot and cold air-conditioning, part sea view from the balcony and sleeps four people comfortably. there is also off road underground parking, a large communal pool with jacuzzi which overlooks the mediterranean sea.
this is a strictly no smoking apartment.
there has been no expense spared on the furniture in this south facing apartment, with two quality leather settee´s. one two seater and one three seater which has two built in recliners that face a large flat screen tv. ideal for relaxing after a hard day´s sunbathing by the pool. the living room / dining area has a large dark hard wood dining table with four matching chairs. the room has been decorated to a very high standard and has a very modern feel.
the double bedroom, like the rest of the apartment has also been furnished to a very high standard. the room is very bright and fresh and comprises of fitted wardrobes, dressing table with a large mirror, bedside tables with matching headboard. ceiling fans are also fitted in this room. (all towels and bedding are supplied)
the twin bedroom comprises of two beautifully matching solid wooden single beds and a hard wood bedside table along with a bedside lamp. this room has also been tastefully decorated with matching bed covers and curtains. there is a large fitted wardrobe and ceiling fan. (all towels and bedding are supplied)
the large fitted kitchen boasts of ample cupboard space and is supplied with all white goods ie: microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine. there is crockery and utensils to supply up to five people and all pots and pans are supplied. there is a utility area at the far end of the kitchen, where the washing machine and cleaning equipment are stored.
at the far end of the living room, patio doors lead out onto the balcony where there is a large hard wood glass topped table with four hard wood and wicker woven chairs. excellent for eating alfresco. there is also a ball bbq provided along with two sun loungers. the balcony also provides an excellent meditteranean sea view.
the calas de campoamor ii complex is arguably the best complex in cabo roig. it provides 3 full size tennis courts, an excellent bbq area and a safe children´s play area with swings, slide and other equipment. the paths on the complex wind through the bbq area and through a variety of different cacti and along through the rose gardens. there are water features placed within the complex and there is also a picnic area and sunbathing area. last but not least there is the fantastic communal pool with a backdrop of the cabo roig harbour and the mediterranean sea.
the famous cabo roig strip is just a two minute walk from the complex, where there are all different nationalities of cuisine available. there are many bars providing all manner of entertainment both for young and old. the beaches are approx 10 minutes walk away from the complex. the nearest and most popular being cabo roig beach, where lifeguards are on duty through the summer months. there is also a wooden hut beach bar where all drinks and light bites can be bought. sunbeds and umbrellas can also be hired along with pedaloes and jet skies for the water sport lovers.
