This lovely villa has much to offer its guests. Located just outside the town of San Miguel on the Torrestrella Development surrounded by the hills and countryside providing a tranquil environment for the holiday maker who wants to get away from it all and at the same time enjoy the benefits of a well equipped villa.

A car is a must and with the flexibility of having your own transportation you can enjoy everything that the surrounding areas have to offer. The local town of San Miguel is very traditional but has enough shops and places to eat to make it worth a visit and of course it has its own market day, church and a 24 hour chemist.

For those who want to take advantage of the Costa Blancas many fine beaches then a 20 minute drive will open up a number off options and for the Golfer there are 4 courses within a 15 minute drive.

The Villa

The villa is detached and has plenty of outside space all of which is very private. The lovely pool provides the focal point of the villa together with a covered area which provides outside cooking and dining options. This outside kitchen has a fridge freezer for those essential cold drinks and is also equipped with a microwave oven, all the necessary cutlery and crockery and a Gas BBQ and a large traditional brick built BBQ for the purist.

There is also a dining table with 6 chairs and for those who want a break from the sun and a pool table.

There are plenty of external chairs and sun loungers to make the most of the Spanish sunshine.The owner has even gone to the trouble of providing towels for use around the pool so guests don´t have to worry about exceeding baggage allowances.

There is a covered terrace to the front of the house where comfortable wicker seating and a table are provided, ideal for evening cocktails. For those who really like their sunshine there is also a large solarium on the first floor.

Inside, the house is just as impressive with just the right amount of personal touches to make the guest appreciate that they are in a home rather than a standard holiday rental property.

The living area offers a large L-Shaped sofa around the feature fireplace (not a working fireplace) Additional furnishings include a coffee table and touches like the impressive wine rack, glass display cabinet, book case and other items which help to create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The television comes with a selection of English TV channels for those who need their daily fix.

For those who may be considering a stay out of season, there is a gas central heating system to keep the chill out.

In the dining area there is a dining table and 6 chairs.

There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with its own en suite. The bedroom has a double bed, 2 bed side tables with lamps, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The en suite has a shower, wash hand basin, bidet and toilet.

There is also a separate cloakroom on the ground floor with toilet and wash hand basin.

The kitchen is located off of the dining area and is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave oven and a dishwasher. Other equipment includes as toaster, kettle, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. The washing machine and gas boiler are situated just outside through the kitchen door.

Upstairs there are two more bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 single beds which are set up together as a double but can be separated into singles if required. This bedroom also has a bed side table and lamp, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.

The second upper bedroom has a single bed, bedside table and lamp, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. A second single bed will be provided if sleeping for 6 is required. There is also a fold out bed, ideal for a child.

The lovely main bathroom on the first floor has a bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin, bidet and toilet.

There is a large solarium on the first floor with great views of the surrounding countryside.

Other features include electric gates to the drive way where there is ample parking for 2 or 3 cars.

Other equipment provided includes a clothes airer, pullout airer on the solarium, hairdryer, stereo, alarm, smoke alarms, a swinging hammock and security grills.

This is a lovely property and visitors will not be disappointed.

Note. No same sex groups allowed. At least one group member must be aged 30 or over.
