It's not so easy to find the right apartment. Sometimes the balcony is too small or the flat is on the fourth floor and there's no lift. maybe it's too far from the beach; perhaps the price exceeds your budget.
Some of these things are easily controlled; it doesn't have a balcony and it doesn't matter that there's no lift as it's on the ground floor. The lack of lift is in fact a very positive "flaw" as it means the maintenance charges are very low. Distance from the beach, whilst possible to measure objectively will necessarily be a subjective judgement for the individual. In my view it's close enough. There's an easy flat walk from Piles village to Piles Beach and it takes around 10-15 minutes.
I think I digress as I mentioned the balcony or lack of it then forgot to point out that in place of small balcony this apartment has a large patio which I have to say is far more useful; a veritable luxury.
I am reliably informed that overcoming objections is the surest way to securing a sale so if you have any other objections you would like to voice I would be happy to hear them; then you can tell me you want to buy the apartment; you'll be glad you did.
To recap; this is a fabulous three bedroom two bathroom ground floor flat in a good location with easy access, walking distance from the beach, but if you don't like sand then there's a large patio to enjoy the sunshine and generally wind down.
