this very bright and spacious three bedroom villa is set in the heart of playa flamenca, with easy access to all major road networks. the property is also within walking distance of three large commercial centre´s. via park i & ii, playa flamenca commercial centre. a large supermarket is also within easy walking distance. there are also many other small bars, cafe´s and restaurants within the vicinity. the new playa flamenca sports centre, equipped with indoor swimming pool, outdoor running track, football field with terraced seating, along with tennis and paddle courts has recently become a neighbour of this villa.
the living room/dining area - is very bright and spacious with four large windows allowing natural light to flood in. the room is furnished to a very high standard with two very comfortable sofa´s, an extendable dining room table with matching chairs. the villa also has full uk tv package with a large flat screen tv.
