This exellent two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor apartment is decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The apartment is equipped with full UK TV, air-conditioning and has ceiling fans throughout. It has a very comfortable three seater sofa with matching armchair. It also has an extending dining table with 4 matching chairs. There are patio doors which lead out onto a very large terraced area. There is a large breakfast bar looking out from the kitchen into the living room.
The kitchen area is very spacious and contains all white goods ie: automatic dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and crockery to cater for up to six people. Oven and hob are also provided with an overhead extractor fan. There is a utility room adjacent to the kitchen where cleaning equipment and the washing machine is stored.
Both bedrooms are very bright and spacious. They both have exellent colour co-ordination with matching bedspreads and curtains, as well as modern artwork adorning the walls. The master bedroom which is also en-suite has two bedside cabinets with lamps along with large fitted wardrobes. The patio doors in the bedroom also lead out onto the sun terrace. The twin bedroom has also been decorated and furnished to an equally high standard, with two single beds, a bedside cabinet and lamp, with matching bedspreads and roller window blind. This room also contains a very large fitted wardrobe.
The apartment has two exellent bathrooms. The first being the en-suite, has a bath with overhead shower, bidet and toilet. The en-suite also contains a vanity unit with a counter sunk wash hand basin and above is a very large wall mirror fitted with spot lights for extra illumination. The communal shower room also has the same vanity unit and mirror, toilet and a large shower cubicle. Both bathrooms are fully tiled and very bright and spacious.
The sun terrace is equipped with all outdoor furniture, consisting of a large glass topped table with six matching chairs. Sun loungers are also provided in this apartment. There is a large detachable umbrella which can provide some welcome shade on hot summer days. This outdoor living space is exellent for sunbathing in piece and quiet throughout the day and for eating al fresco throughout the evening.
The pool area of Laguna Golf is probably one of the best in Playa Flamenca. It is set in the centre of the complex and the pool itself is then surrounded by a well maintained grassed area with palm trees and wicker parasols offering shade. There is a large children´s pool which is seperated from the main pool with purpose built stepping stones. There is a lifeguard on duty through the summer months, who also offers tuition to the non swimmers. (complex pool rules apply)
Bars and Restaurants. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance of the Laguna Golf complex. The nearest being Concietos Bar where there is also Maggie´s Bar and Restaurant, along with Clarke´s Bar to name but a few. Also within walking distance there are two Chinese Restaurants, one offers a Wok Buffet and the other offers an exellent range from the menu. The la Florida urbanization is also only a short walk from the complex and offers many bars and restaurants as well as the famous Emerald Isle.
Beaches. The nearest beach is approximately a 15 - 20 minute walk from the complex and this is the main Playa Flamenca Beach. Sunbeds can be hired on daily rates and there are also wicker parasols in place across the beach. A beach bar is provided through the summer months, serving cold beers as well as soft drinks, tapas and other lightbites can also be purchased here. Lifeguards regularly patrol the beach and a Red, Yellow and Green Flag safety system is in place indicating the sea state for bathers. There are also bars, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance of the beach.
