This very central apartment between the Old and New Town has twin beds in the bedroom with a spacious living room which has a TV/DVD player with cable TV including RTE 1 & 2 and ITV. The sofa also easily pulls out to make a comfortable bed for two extra guests.
A highchair is available for guests with toddlers (a godsend accodring to one guest). A cot can rented locally for €20 and in place when you arrive.
Recently refurbished, the apartment contains a kitchen/breakfast area which has a fridge/freezer, large fan, double hob, electric kettle, microwave/grill oven, toaster, hair dryer, iron & ironing board and a washing machine in the bathroom to help with weight restrictions on airlines. Wifi access is now available ln the apartment to keep in touch with family and friends.
The roomy bedroom has two single beds, lockers, fitted wardrobe with hangers and a chest of drawers. There is an easily operated safe in the wardrobe for peace of mind at no extra charge. Linen and towels are also supplied free of charge. The bathroom has been newly tiled and refurbished.
The balcony has chairs and a table to enjoy the view while relaxing with a cool drink. A clothes horse is also available to dry any bits and pieces. The apartment is south facing so you'll have breakfast in the sun.

The Ocean Lanzamar complex is very centrally located between the Old and New Town (5 minutes from the main beach strip). There is a private car park for residents. There is a very large spar supermarket just across the street from the complex andThe Biosfera Plaza shopping mall is a few minutes away towards the Old Town.
The Ocean Lanzamar boasts a large recently renovated and heated swimming pool with also a kiddie's pool. A spacious reception area is served by a receptionist with a security coded access door and Security Guard for outside office hours.
A taxi to the airport will be arranged by Reception.
A 10 minute drive from Arrecife airport, the Ocean Lanzamar complex is readily accessible and easy to find. Direct flights available from the UK and Ireland through Aer Lingus and Ryanair. Car hire available at airport but bargains can be got from local car hire companies.
