The main villa is a reformed finca (traditional farm house) that has stood on this sight for hundreds of years. With its thick walls, the finca is beautifully cool during the summer.
There are six double bedrooms. There are two separate master suites. The upper master suite offers a large TV lounge, office and private roof terrace, whilst the lower master suite has an office area (that can also be used as a seventh bedroom).
There are two other double bedrooms downstairs. One is en-suite (and has its own access to the outside garden terrace); the other has an independent bathroom adjacent to it.
The lounge features a beautiful wooden ceiling with traditional Sabina beams.
Guest House
The Guest House has just been refurbished and features a large lounge/kitchen/dining room with all modern facilities like dishwasher and satellite TV. There are two double bedrooms, both with luxury en-suite bathrooms.
Other features
The property has two driveway entrances, both with electric gates. There is a private fresh water supply from the perforada (natural spring water). The house and gardens are equipped with a burglar alarm system and cameras with infrared lighting.

Beautiful mature garden
The mature garden was planted and landscaped about 20 years ago. It has a spiritual feeling to it, and is the perfect place to relax.
The layout of the grounds
This diagram shows the layout of Bosque de Pere. To the west is the main villa with 4 bedrooms. To the south lies the Guest House, with two double bedrooms en-suite. To the north is the leisure complex of the Turkish Bath, Gymnasium, Swimming Pool, and Pool House complete with outside bar.
The Bedrooms
The main villa has seven bedrooms. There are two master suites, one upstairs and one down, three more double bedroom is inside the house. A sixth double bedroom en-suite is in the main house with an external entrance to the covered garden terrace. A seventh room, which could be used as an office or extra bedroom is located on the way into the lower master suite. The Guest House has two double bedrooms.
En-suite bathrooms
All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, except one, which has an adjacent independent bathroom. The Guest House has two double bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms.
The lounge
The lounge is in the centre of the main villa. It has two external entrances as well as access to the kitchen/dining room, and stairs leading up to the upper master bedroom suite.

The swimming pool uses salt water. Equipment in the pool technical room automatically produces a low level of chlorine from the salt water. The salt water is much kinder on the eyes and skin than the normal "high chlorine" content pools. The equipment is more expensive, but the running costs are much lower and fewer chemicals are necessary.
Artificial beach
The swimming pool is a sandy-grey colour. The blue of the water is the natural blue of the water and looks so much more inviting than a pool with artificial blue tiles. The pool feature an artificial beach, where you call gently walk into the water, or even lie down with the water lapping over your body.
The leisure complex
The leisure complex is where the gymnasium, Turkish bath, showers and pool facilities are located.
The gymnasium
The gymnasium has direct access the the showers, and Turkish baths. All the equipment is new and is of the highest quality. There is a plasma TV on the wall, where satellite channels can be viewed whilst exercising.
Ancient olive tree
This old olive tree in the garden is thought to be about 500 or 600 years old!
