The villa is in a very secure and private location with access from the private road leading up to a tiled terrace and pool area. There are a further three terraces which are all tiled and have beautiful views over the coast from Malaga to Fuengirola. There is also a shaded terrace overlooking the pool, with awning to provide further shade if required. 6 sun beds are provided together with two movable sun parasols and one fixed parasol on the upper patio. BBQ
The house is fully air-conditioned/heated with solar panels providing hot water. The property is furnished in a modern style and has porcelain tiles throughout. This is a lovely home and although situated in a quiet private road it is within 5 minutes walk of the quaint village of Benalmadena Pueblo with its many bars and restaurants. Please note the walk into the Pueblo is uphill and although short, may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties.

The Pueblo is a 5 minute walk away and with its local whitewashed walls and cobble stoned square, has many awards for its natural beauty. There are 2 supermarkets and a number of good restaurants and bistros. The pizzas from the local pizza restaurant, El Parador, are highly recommended.
