This 2 bed property is situated in a gated complex for your extra security. A short walk will take you to all the shops, bars and restaurants of which there is a vast amount to chose from on the famous Cabo Roig Strip. The blue flag beaches are only a 10/15 minutes walk away.
The front door will lead you into the lounge with ample seating and a double sofa bed plus a display unit. It also has UK television, a coffee table and ceiling fan.
The patio doors lead you out on to the sunny balcony which overlooks the communal pool. There are table and chairs for your use.The stairs will take you up to the large solarium where the sunworshippers will find sun loungers, table, chairs and parasol.
This property has a fully equipped kitchen consisting of a fridge freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. A dining table and 4 chairs are also available for your use. All crockery and utensils are also supplied.
Both bedroms have double beds, bedside tables and a large amount of built in wardrobe space. Both rooms also have ceiling fans to cool you down on those warm summer evenings. All linen and towels are supplied.
