Villa Gurteen is a beautiful spacious 3 bedroom villa, built on two levels, with own private garden, and large private pool. Arguably one of the best spots on Campsol Golf, in situ on C sector (golf) within 10 minutes walk to the hotel, golf club house and golf course. A greater selection of restaurants and a large supermarket are around a further 15 minutes walk.
The local authority now provide public transport around the resort - a little train, which runs hourly in the summer, morning until late evening, and costs 3 euros return (2011 prices).
Sleeps 6/8. Bedroom 1 is on the upper level with double bed and single bed. Bedroom 2 is on the lower level with 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 is also on the lower level with 3 single beds. Air-conditioned in all bedrooms and lounge.
TV and DVD player. Garden table and chairs and sun loungers. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Large private pool 8 * 4m (maximum).
