Very nice 3 bed 2 bath quad villa in Villa Martin. Only 10 minutes walk from the main commercial centre of Villa Martin plaza with its choice of restaurants and bars together with a super market, shops and banks. The Villa Martin Golf club is also situated next to the Plaza. (Will sleep 6 people)
This property has plenty of outside space to enable the guest to make the most of the Spanish sunshine with a front garden and covered terrace plus a sun terrace off of the first floor bedrooms and a roof top solarium.
Inside the property is fully furnished and equipped for the full self catering holiday experience.
The living area has a 3 seater sofa with matching arm chair, 2 occasional tables with lamps and a low unit for the entertainment centre. A flat screen TV with a UK system plus DVD,Video and portable stereo provides the guest with a number of entertainment options.
In the dining area there is a modern table and 6 chairs.Hot and cold air conditioning is also provided in the living area.
With the ground floor bedroom and shower room this property offers a great option for any members of the party who want to avoid stairs.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, oven hob and extractor and a washing machine. Other useful equipment which will help the guest get the most from their self catering holiday includes a toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board and a clothes airer. All the necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment is provided and will easily accommodate up to 6 people.
The ground floor shower also includes a toilet and wash hand basin.
The ground floor bedroom has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobe with two sets of 4 drawers units for storage.
On the first floor the large master bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and lamps an armchair, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. Sliding doors lead out onto the sun terrace.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes,a wicker chair and air conditioning. A door provides access directly onto the sun terrace.
Bedding is provided for all bedrooms.
The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, bidet, toilet and wash hand basin.Bath and hand towels are provided.
On the second floor there is a private solarium with a handy shower to cool off.
The owners have also provided plenty of external tables and chairs together with parasols and 3 sun loungers.
Off road parking is also provided.
The lovely communal pool with its grassed sunbathing area is a short walk from the property and is maintained to a very high standard. The pool also has a separate section for children´s safe bathing.
Villa Martin is a great location with much to offer including golf and a choice of 3 other courses within a 10 minute drive, horse riding, tennis and even bowls. The beaches are endless along this part of the coast with the closest beach at La Zenia only 10 minutes drive away.
