With a vast amount of bars and restaurants you will be spoilt for choice. At the bottom of the road there is a cliff promenade that overlooks the rocky bays of the Mediterranean. To your left is the Cabo Roig beaches and on your right the beaches of Campoamor.
As you enter the property you are greeted with a large lounge with 2 leather sofas, dining table and chairs. There also is a wall unit and TV with all UK channels. The American style kitchen is to the rear with all you need for your self catering holiday. This includes a fridge freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, toaster and all crockery & utensils. Also on the ground floor is a shower room with a toilet and hand basin.
The stairs will then take you to the first floor where there are 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. Floor fans are supplied in all rooms.
The bathroom has a toilet, bidet, hand basin, bath and shower. Towels are supplied for you.
The master bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables. There is a spacious built in wardrobe with plenty of room for clothes etc. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, also with bedside table and built in wardrobe. There is a tiled balcony outside the master bedroom.
