This 2 bedroom apartment is situated close to the famous Cabo Roig Strip and blue flag beaches of Cabo Roig. With numorous bars, restaurants and shops close by there is no need for a car. The property is in a gated complex so security is not a problem. On entering the apartment you walk into the lounge and dining area.
This consists of 2 sofas and a dining table with 4 chairs. There is a wall unit with storage space and a television. All UK programs are available on the TV. The double patio doors take you out on to the balcony with sea views and the well kept gardens leading to the lovely communal pool. There is also a BBQ on the balcony for your use.
The American style kitchen is fully fitted with a large fridge freezer, oven & hob, washing machine, toaster and kettle. All utensils and crockery are also supplied.
The large tiled bathroom has a bath / shower, toilet, wash hand basin, bidet and towels that are supplied for your use.
The 2 bedrooms both have single beds in them and have the sun most of the day. A double bed can be supplied if needed. The master bedroom has a built in wardrobe whilst the other has a wardrobe with 2 large drawers. Bedside tables are in both rooms along with floor fans.
The communal pool is about 100 meters walk away. It is surrounded by grass and trees so you can touch up the tan or just relax in the shade.
