sliding doors lead from the lounge out onto the covered terrace which overlooks the communal green area. an external table and 4 chairs are provided together with 2 sun loungers.
in the dining area there is a table with 4 chairs which is located conveniently close to the kitchen.
the kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine . other equipment includes a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, iron and ironing board and clothes airer.

alicante airport is 45 minutes away and san javier (murcia) airport is even closer at around 20 minutes.
