Very quiet but close to all amenities.

Entrance hall, living room with sofa bed and access to covered terrace with southwest orientation and open views, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, large double bedroom with wardrobe and bathroom with shower.
Air conditioning and heating. Wi-fi internet. Safe box.
Total built size 62m2. Covered terrace 10m2 facing southwest and open views.
Very well maintained community with pool and children´s pool.
Rental rates:
E 250 per week (from 01.01 to 02.06).
E 300 per week (from 03.06 to 30.06).
E 350 per week (from 01.07 to 16.09).
E 250 per week (from 17.09 to 31.12).
Special offer: Four week for the price of three (except July and August). Extra day 50E.
A deposit of 50% is required to be paid at the time of booking in order to secure the booking. The balance to be paid at the arrival date. A security deposit will be required of 300E against breakages, the return of the key and the flat being clean and tidy at the end of the holiday.
Towels and bedlinen are provided but no beach towels. Maid service is available if you wish to pay for a mid-holiday clean.
The flat is cared for by someone who lives in the complex who is available to answer any queries. The flat is a non-smoking house and we do not allow pets-sorry.
How to get to the apartment?
1º Transfer from the Airport to the apartment is available for 25E.
2º From the Airport by Train:
Crossing the bridge that connects the airport terminal to the train station. The train runs every 30 minutes. Take the train to Fuengirola, and get off at El Pinillo.
