This newly built villa for rent with pool is located in the south of Spain, in the charming coastal town of Salobrena. Salobrena is a small, seaside town that is famous for its Moorish castle which is surrounded by white washed houses and green plains. It is really picturesque and the views to the sea and the snow covered mountains are awe inspiring. The area is still pure and hasn´t been overdeveloped. It is a great place to just relax or to use as a base to explore the surrounding area. There is easy access to quaint seaside towns, the picturesque, mountain villages of the Alpujarras, the bohemian city of Granada, the Alhambra Palace, the ski slopes of Sierra Nevada and Malaga.
This villa for rent with pool has nice Scandinavian design. It is crisp and clean. The house is built all on one level and the pool terrace is on the same level as the house. This is very convenient as you can easily move between inside and outside and don´t have to worry about steps. The house is perfectly suited for people with limited mobility.
The views from the pool terrace are truly breathtaking as you can see the mountains, the picturesque Moorish castle of Salobrena and of course the sea! The kidney shaped pool has Roman steps and is illuminated. It is large (10 meters long and 3m70 wide) allowing one to have a good swim. The terrace surrounding the pool is large and enjoys sun all day long as the house is due south. You can see both the sunrise and set from here. There are 6 sun loungers and cushions so you can sunbathe comfortably.
Upon entering this charming villa for rent with pool, you will discover a light and airy, sitting/dining room. There are large, sliding glass doors that allow the light, blue skies and wonderful sea views to be enjoyed from inside. The sliding glass doors lead to a covered terrace, perfect to give welcome shade in summer. Beyond the covered porch is the pool and terrace area. There is a gas barbeque and outdoor table and chairs so you can enjoy meals by the pool.
From the lounge/diner, there is a direct connection to a fully equipped kitchen. Amongst other things, there is a dishwasher, oven and washing machine. The villa has three bedrooms (two doubles and 1 twin bedroom), so six people can sleep in the villa. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and nice sea views. The other double bedroom also has sea views. There is a second bathroom with a shower that is for the use of the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. The living/dining air and master bedroom have hot and cold air conditioning.
