This first class 3 bed roomed holiday villa is in a wonderful location just minutes from a private beach and within easy reach of the delightful resort of Estepona. It is set in pretty enclosed tropical gardens in which there are 2 communal swimming pools and a tennis court.
The comfortable accommodation comprises of a large entrance hall which leads into the spacious living/dining room. This is very comfortably furnished and has large doors opening out onto a furnished patio. Satellite TV with the free to view channels is installed in the lounge which also has an open fireplace.
The kitchen is of a generous size and is well fitted and equipped with a hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and plenty of pots, pans, crockery, glassware etc.
Stairs lead up from the hallway to the first floor where the 3 bedrooms are situated. The master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom in addition to which there is a fully tiled shower room, there is also an additional cloakroom with wc and hand basin in the entrance hall. The other 2 bedrooms are both twin rooms and they all have plenty of built in cupboard space.
Outside this villa has a private patio which opens onto the delightful tropical gardens, these are enclosed and so are safe for children. From here there is a path leading down to the beach.
