This very well located 2 bed roomed holiday apartment with full air conditioning will make perfect holiday accommodation for those who want to be within just a stones throw of all that the famous Puerto Banus has to offer. As would be expected from a holiday apartment here it is of a very high quality and is sure to please.
The spacious living/dining room is comfortably furnished and has a single pull out bed plus a single sofa bed so the apartment can actually accommodate up to 6 guests, see below for further details. There is a flat screen TV in the lounge with Spanish terrestrial and satellite channels plus a DVD and CD player. Patio doors lead out onto a furnished terrace. The good sized kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need for your self-catering holiday here including a dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and a full compliment of kitchen utensils, crockery and glassware etc.
There are 2 good sized bedrooms, one of which has a super king sized bed and full en-suite facilities. The other one has twin beds and there is an additional full family bathroom. Guests at Temba Banus Apartments have full use of the lovely communal gardens and the 2 well maintained swimming pools. A car is not necessary whilst holidaying here as everything is right on your doorstep but should you be hiring or bringing a car with you then secure parking can be arranged at the rate of 60€ per week, a great saving on normal parking charges in the area.
