This fully air conditioned, 2 bed roomed, 3 bath roomed holiday villa is ideally located in the peaceful countryside just 3kms from the charming seaside town of Estepona on the Costa del Sol.
It offers very clean, modern living accommodation with a spacious through lounge/dining room where there is a flat screen TV with free to view English channels as well as Spanish digital TV and a DVD player.
The newly fitted kitchen has lovely wooden units and all "mod cons" including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob and oven, microwave, coffee machine and plenty of pots, pans, crockery and glassware etc. There is also a small breakfast table, in fact everything you will need to ensure your holiday here is a comfortable one.
There are 2 good sized en-suite bed rooms, one with a king size bed and one with twin beds. In addition to which there is a third family bathroom.
The grounds of this delightful holiday home extend to some 980 sq.m. and there are plenty of shady patio areas for relaxing with a cool drink and a good book as well as grassed areas for the children to play on. The main large patio is beautifully shaded by a large avocado tree and is furnished with an out door dining set and a gas BBQ.Sun loungers are also provided. The beautifully maintained swimming pool is a generous size at 8x4 m and this area can be closed off from the main patios making it very safe if you are accompanied by young children.
The villa is located along a quiet track which in fact is a cul-de-sac so there is very little traffic. The track follows the line of the River Padron that leads down to Estepona and the sea. The villa itself is accessed through remote control gates and a secure parking area is provided for your car.
