The property is superbly positioned overlooking the large communal pool which is surrounded by the well maintained gardens. The property is air-conditioned and boasts of Satelite TV with all UK TV torrestrial channels. The property will sleep 7 people comfortably. The large private solarium is very spacious and has a built in BBQ and an external shower. Sun-loungers are provided. This is a stunning property for a Self Catering Holiday.
The living room area is well furnished and comprises of a sofa bed with matching chair and a teak wall unit which houses the TV & DVD Player. Glass sliding doors lead out to the balcony which supplies an excellent vantage point overlooking the large communal pool and well maintained gardens. A glass topped table and four comfortable chairs are provided. At the opposite end of the living room there is a dining room table with four matching chairs, which is overlooked by the breakfast bar from the kitchen. Air-conditioning is fitted in the living room area.
The kitchen is well equipped with ample cutlery and crockery to cater adequately for 7 people. All white goods are provided ie: microwave, fridge/freezer as well as a dishwasher and washing machine, which is located in a utility room adjacent to the kitchen.
There is a family bathroom downstairs, which is equipped with a bath/overhead shower, wc and a bidet. A short corridor leads from the bathroom to the master bedroom, which is very bright and spacious, comprising of a double bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps. There is an excellent amount of storage space in the large fitted wardrobe. This room is also air conditioned.
The downstairs twin bedroom is also very bright and spacious. As well as two single beds there is also a bedside table with a lamp and a childrens desk. There is also excellent storage space in the large fitted wardrobes. This room is fitted with a ceiling fan which has a built in light.
A marble staircase leads to an upstairs sitting room which can also be used as a third bedroom. A double bed mattress is stored in this room and there is also a sofa bed. If used as a bedroom, it would be en-suite as there is a shower room with toilet. This room also has a ceiling fan with a built in light. Sliding glass doors lead out to a large solarium, where all outside furniture is supplied. A table with four chairs, two sun-loungers and an occasional table. An exterior wall shower is also provided. There is also a Spanish Style BBQ supplied for the full Spanish Alfresco experience.
Local Amenities: The Zenia Mar commercial centre is only a 2 minute walk from the property, where there is a recently opened 24 hour Supermarket (through the summer months) the centre houses several bars, one of which is the Blarneystone Irish Pub where entertainment is also provided. There is also a Restaurant within the centre which also supply takeaway Fish n Chips. Wendy´s hairdressing salon is also located in the Zenia Mar commercial centre. The large Carrefour Supermarket is approx 10 minutes walk from the property. The beaches of Playa Flamenca & Punta Prima are approx 15 to 20 minutes walk away.
