This excellent townhouse with two bedrooms and two bathrooms is situated on an excellent gated complex with off road parking, in Playa Flamenca and is close to all amenities and all major road networks. This property is ideal for a self catering family holiday rental. all bedding and towels are provided with this property.
Living Room - The living room area is very bright and spacious and comprises of two very comfortable sofa´s, a two seater and a three seater which is also a bed settee. A large wall unit houses a flat screen TV with a DVD Player. There is also a wide selection of books to choose from as well as an excellent choice of DVD´s. There is a CD Player with various CD´s. The living room area also has a dining table with four matching chairs beneath a large window which looks out onto the patio area at the front of the property where there is outside table and chairs provided. The living room also provides two large variable speed ceiling fans with built-in spot lights.
Kitchen - The american style kitchen is equipped with a Fridge/Freezer, Mircrowave, a three ring Gas Hob and one electric ring as well as an electric oven. The kitchen has enough crockery and cutlery to cater for up to 6 people. A breakfast bar divides the kitchen from the living room area. Adjacent to the kitchen area is the downstairs shower room and toilet with wash hand basin. A large marble staircase leads to the upper floor.
Twin Bedroom - The twin bedroom has two single beds and a large fitted wardrobe, which also has a large storage shelf. The room also has two bedside tables and a bedside lamp. There is also a chest of drawers for extra storage space. Patio doors lead out to a small utility area, where the washing machine is stored, along with other cleaning equipment. A landing leads from the twin room to a large family bathroom and the double bedroom.
Double Bedroom - The double bedroom is spacious and full of natural light which floods in through the double patio doors. The bedroom consists of a comfortable double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps and large fitted wardrobes with internal drawer space. A large variable speed ceiling fan is fitted with built-in spot lights. The bedroom also has it´s own balcony with views over the communal swimming pool. The property is west facing and has the sun all afternoon and into the early evening.
Communal Swimming Pool - This complex boasts of one of the largest communal swimming pools in Playa Flamenca and is surrounded by a grassed area and built-in wicker umbrella´s along with Palm Trees which provide welcome shade throughout the summer months. Two sun-loungers are provided within the property. A lifeguard is also on duty throughout the Spanish Holiday period. (Pool rules apply)
Amenities - The local Supermarket is approx a 10 minute walk from the complex, along with banks and various other shops. The Playa Flamenca commercial centre is approx 10 - 15 minutes walk where there are many bars and restaurants of different nationalities. Entertainment can be found everynight throughout the summer period. The nearest commercial centre is the via park i & II where there are also many different bars and restaurants. This property is within easy walking distance of the new Zenia Boulevard Shopping Complex which is due to open November 2012. (See home page for more details)
Beaches - The beaches of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia are approximately 15 minutes walk away. These beaches hold Blue Flag certificates and are patrolled with lifeguards through the summer months. Beach bars are also erected through the summer months providing cold drinks and snacks. Sun-loungers and parasols can also be hired.
Playa Flamenca Saturday Market - The property is approx 2 minutes walk to the Celtic Isle Irish Bar which is where the famous Playa Flamenca Market starts and stretches the full length of Calle Nicolas de Bussi, better known by the locals as market street. Any visitors to Playa Flamenca, given the chance must visit this market. With stall holders of many different nationalities selling produce, cooked meats and many different types of breads. The atmosphere has to be witnessed to be believed - Happy Shopping!
