This fantastic two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with excellent sea views is set on the first floor of the exclusive Punta Glea complex in Cabo Roig. The apartment boasts of having the full UK TV package, hot & cold air-conditioning, underground off road parking and lift access. Also a superb communal swimming pool offering stunning views across the Meditteranean Sea including the Mar Menor & La Manga. This is another excellent self catering family holiday rental apartment.
Living Room - comprises of a 32 inch flat screen tv with full Uk TV package plus a DVD player. There are two comfortable sofa´s, a two seater and a three seater. The large sofa is also a sofa bed. There is a circular extendable dining table with four matching chairs along with a matching welsh dresser. This room is very bright and spacious with masses of natural light flooding in from the double sliding patio doors. The apartment is also fitted with hot & cold air-conditioning throughout.
Kitchen - is of an excellent size, offering more than ample cupboard storage space, both above and below the worktops. All white goods are provided ie: microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is sufficient cutlery and crockery supplied for up to 6 people. There is also an extractor fan fitted over the cooker hob. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a utility room which houses the washing machine and other cleaning equipment.
Twin Bedroom - is also of a good size with fitted wardrobes and overhead storage cupboards. There are two single beds along with a bedside cabinet and a bedside lamp. All bedding and towels are supplied when booking this property.
Double Bedroom - is also spacious and bright with lots of natural light flooding in from the double sliding patio doors which lead out onto the balcony. The bedroom also has fitted wardrobes as well as overhead storage cupboards. It also has two bedside cabinets complete with bedside lamps.
Bathroom/Shower Room - There are two bathrooms in the apartment and both are fully tiled. One is equipped with a purpose built shower unit. There is also a stainless steel hand wash basin and toilet. The other has a standard size bath with overhead shower, toilet and bidet with a hand wash basin which is set into a bathroom cabinet above which is a large mirror with spot lights.
Balcony - The large balcony links the living room to the master bedroom and offers excellent sea views across the Meditteranean Sea.
Swimming Pool - the superb commuanal swimming pool is surrounded by well maintained gardens and grassed area and is ideal for sunbathing and relaxing to the backdrop of the Meditteranean Sea. There are several wicker umbrella´s along with palm trees which offer a little welcome shade. There is a lifeguard on duty throughout the summer months.
Local Amenities - the Punta Glea complex is a 2 minute walk from the famous Cabo Roig strip where there are an abundance of bars and restaurants of many different nationalities. Entertainment is on offer every night of the week throughout the summer period and many bars also offer entertainment throughout the winter months. There is a large supermarket within a 5 minute walk from the complex which is stocked with all well known brands. There are also several banks situated along the Cabo Roig strip. There is a regular bus service through to Torrevieja and down to Cartagena. Cabo Roig also plays host to the Thursday street Market where fresh vegetables, various meats and cheeses, clothes and many other items can be purchased. The market is situated directly outside the Punta Glea complex.
Beaches - There are several beaches all within easy access. On exiting the complex you will find yourself on the cobbled clifftop walkway, where there are steps which lead down to a rocky/pebble beach. Alternatively within a 10 minute walk there is the Campoamor beach with golden sand and palm trees. There is a beach bar open throughout the summer months, selling snacks and cold drinks. Sunbeds can be hired along with wicker umbrella´s. Lifeguards are also on duty throughout the summer months and toilet stations are also provided.
