This two bedroom, one bathroom first floor apartment with a rooftop Solarium is set in a residential area close to the new Playa Flamenca school. This secure property is equipped with security grills on all doors and windows, air-conditioning as well as ceiling fans, private off road parking and a private gated communal swimming pool. This property would be ideal for a long term or holiday rental.
Living Room - The living room is well furnished and well co-ordinated, with a large comfortable corner sofa and a pine welsh dresser with a matching sideboard. There is a large dining table with 6 chairs, which sits beneath the breakfast bar. This room also has air-conditioning as well as two ceiling fans with built-in lights. Leaving the living room via the front door, leads out onto a balcony/patio where there is outside furniture.
Kitchen - The american style kitchen is well equipped with lots of cupboard space above and below the work surface. All white goods are provided, which include washing machine, microwave & fridge/freezer. There is ample crockery and cutlery for up to 6 people and all pots and pans are provided including all kitchen utensils. On exiting the kitchen through the rear door, there is a spiral staircase which leads directly to the rooftop solarium.
Double Bedroom - The double bedroom is complete with a double bed, two bedside cabinets, a dressing table with mirror and there is also a wall mirror fitted at the side of the large double wardrobes, which also have overhead storage space. This room also has a ceiling fan with built in lights. All bed linen and towels are provided with this property.
Twin Bedroom - The twin bedroom consists of two single beds, one bedside cabinet with lamp, along with fitted wardrobes. There is also an imitation georgian style window with mirrored fitted glass draped with yellow curtains. There is also a large wall mirror hanging at the head of the two single beds. A ceiling fan with built in light is also provided in this room.
Bathroom - The bathroom is of an average size and is fully tiled. There is a pedestal hand wash basin along with toilet, bidet and bath which also has an overhead shower with mixer taps.
Rooftop Solarium - The Solarium is of a good size and provides excellent views of the surrounding area. A wooden lattice table is provided along with 4 matching adjustable chairs. There is also a BBQ unit and 2 sun-loungers. This is an excellent area for eating al fresco or just privately relaxing in the sun.
Communal Swimming Pool - The swimming pool is of a good size and is completely tiled around the outskirts. This too is also an excellent area for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Three sides of the pool area are walled which gives greater privacy. The open side of the pool looks out onto the private parking area for the urbanization.
Local Amenities - Although the property is situated in Playa Flamenca, the nearest commercial centre is approx a 10 minute walk away at Los Dolces where there are banks, shops, bars and restaurants of every different nationality. Entertainment can be found in this complex throughout the year. There are bars and restaurants much closer to the property, within 5 minutes walk, there is Maggie´s bar, Concierto´s and Clarke´s Bar, where entertainment can also be found throughout the week. The famous Saturday Playa Flamenca Market is only a 2 minutes stroll from the property, where the smell of cooked meats, fish, produce and fresh bread fill the air. There are also lots of other stalls selling all types of furniture, household items, clothes and many other lines.
