Holidays for connoisseurs with private pool and near the beach
This villa is a delight as the owners have decorated and equipped it as they would their own home:- rarely will you find such comforts in a vacation home.
The house is south facing and is on one level. Access to the interior is through a lobby located on the central axis of the semi-circular laid out property. To the left is a large kitchen with dining room, fully furnished and ready for home cooking should you wish (equipment and cutlery), with separate pantry. From the dining area through the glass picture window we see the porch area and access to the terrace where you will find the pool. The porch area has a bar area with beer tap (sorry, barrel not included!) and bar-top fridge, two tables and chairs, beautiful wooden ceiling beams and magnificent lighting for summer nights. There is then a laundry area and a sitting room with patio, ideal as a reading room.
Returning to the foyer we enter a double bedroom with its own access to the terrace. On the right is the winter living room of the property that has a fireplace and large television. From here you access the two other bedrooms which both have bathrooms (one also has access to the terrace / pool area).
Outside the property, and very much the heart of the whole vacation experience, is a spacious balustraded sun and pool terrace with sunloungers, play pool (with steps) and of course those beautiful sea views.
All rooms have air conditioning. The kitchen/diner is also equipped with electric griddles, a freezer, a water cooling tower etc ... In the porch there is also a barbecue area with a butane gas cooker (next to the bar). In total there are three TVs in the house and there are many more details not mentioned here that all go toward making your stay here a very memorable occasion.........
