Double bedroom with 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, fan and safe and hairdryer.
Large bright living room, beautifully furnished with two leather sofa beds, satellite TV (32 inch flat screen) & DVD. There is a selection of DVDs to choose from including some for children. An IPod docking station is also available. Patio door leads to balcony which is furnished with table and chairs and a small BBQ.
Apartment has views of the two heated swimming pools, (adult & child). There is a pool table and also a small play area for younger children with swings, slide and sea-saw.
The complex has a lovely reception area which provides information on local activities and internet access (charged locally).There is also a lift in reception.
The apartment is cleaned before guests arrive, fresh linen and towels provided on a weekly basis.
The apartment is located in a quiet area of Puerto Del Carmen, however, it is close to all amenities, just over a 5 min walk to the beach, 2mins walk from the main shopping centre which has shopping on 3 levels. There is also a large Spar supermarket located across the road from the complex.
