Luxurious two bedroom, South Facing, Ground Floor Apartment with a large tiled patio area, surrounded by beautiful Bougainvillea which offer greater privacy for Sunbathing. The property has security grills on all doors and windows and there is CCTV within the complex. The property offers full UK TV package, as well as air-conditioning. All outside furniture is provided. This property is a 2 minute walk to the cobbled path along the Cabo Roig cliff top and a 2 minute walk to the famous Cabo Roig strip. This is an excellent self catering family holiday rental apartment.

Living Room - The living room has been furnished to a very high standard and excellently colour co-ordinated. The room is spacious and very bright with natural light flooding in from the double living room windows. The room comprises of matching two seater sofa´s with a matching glass topped dining room table and four chairs. The pelmets above the doors and windows are also of the same floral design as the chairs and sofa´s. There is a flat screen TV on it´s own stand with full UK TV package. The living room has air-conditioning.
Kitchen - A marble topped breakfast bar seperates the american style kitchen from the living room. All white goods are provided, which include a large fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is adequate cutlery and crockery for up to 4 people. All cooking utensils are provided. There is more than adequate cupboard space above and below the worksurface.
Double Bedroom - The double bedroom is also furnished to a very high standard and an excellent use of colour co-ordination has also been used, with matching bedspread and curtains. The room is of a good size and is very bright with natural light flooding in from the patio doors. The room consists of a comfortable double bed with two bedside cabinets and lamps which match the bedhead. There is also a chest of drawers as well as a double wardrobe. This bedroom also has air-conditioning. All bedding a towels are provided within this property.
Twin Bedroom - The twin bedroom is also of a good size and offers plenty of natural light. There are two single beds with a bedside cabinet and lamp. A good use of colour co-ordination has also been used in this room with matching bedspreads and pelmet valance. The room also has a large fitted wardrobe.
Shower Room - The shower room is fully tiled and offers a large double shower cubicle. The room is very spacious and also has a toilet and a pedestal hand wash basin as well as a storage cabinet. There is a large mirror set into the tiles above the wash hand basin. A hairdryer is also supplied with this property.
Outside Living Area - This property offers an excellent outside living area, as it is South Facing and it has the sun from dawn until dusk. All sun-loungers and chairs are provided and if a little shade is required the sun blind can be easily operated. The perimeter fence is made up of Traditional Spanish Bougainvillea, also known as The Paper Flower and offers greater privacy when sun bathing.
There is also a dining table with 4 chairs, which sits in the shaded area of the patio and is excellent for eating Al Fresco. Four steps with white Spanish style Balustrade lead out of the garden to the communal swimming pool, which is approx 30 seconds walk from the property.
Swimming Pool - This well designed swimming pool area comprises of purpose built wicker umbrella´s which have been erected on the grassy sun bathing area´s around the pool and offer a little welcome shade as well as the palms and other trees that surround the pool.
Local Amenities - This property is in an excellent location, as banks and supermarket and all other shops as well as bars and restaurants are all within a short walking distance.
Cabo Roig Strip - The Cabo Roig strip is approximately half a mile long, with bars and restaurants of many different nationalities set on either side of the N332 coast road and are linked with a sydney harbour style footbridge. All manner of entertainment can be found throughout the summer months, from comedians to singers and from kareoke to traditional Flamenca dancing. All restaurants serve food of the highest quality.
Beaches - There are two main beaches in the Cabo Roig area, the main Cabo Roig beach is approximately a 10 minute walk from the apartment and to the south of the apartment is the Campoamor beach which is approximately a 15 minute walk from the apartment. Although there a many small sun-bathing, swimming & fishing area´s between the two main beaches. Both beaches provide beach hut bars through the summer months serving hot and cold drinks, as well as snacks and tapas. Sun-loungers and parasols can be hired on a daily basis. The beaches are patrolled by Lifeguards and there is also a first aid station. Pedalo´s & Jet Ski´s can also be hired through the summer months. Toilets and baby changing rooms are also provided.
