Ok so I can't decide where it is, but should I be blamed for that? Tossal Gros is a much liked urbanisation just behind Oliva that was once part of the municipality of Oliva, but now pertains to La Font D'en Carros, a small village some 4km inland.

The villa is very well presented having been recently professionally repainted throughout. The garden's a picture and one can enjoy a basically flat plot in a land of slopes.
The villa is fabulous for a couple who like to have guests to stay as the upper floor or master suite is very spacious, but only has two bedrooms, one of which is currently being used as a dining room. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, but there is also a family bathroom for the main house and other "bedroom"..
This leaves your guests with the ground floor to play with/in. Downstairs there are three bedrooms and a further bathroom in addition to lounge and kitchen facilities.
Pop outside to enjoy the garden and you'll note a fantastic pool terrace with outstanding views and just behind a great covered summer kitchen and barbecue area.
There's a big parking area for the multitude of visitors and you can keep your car cool in the double garage.
