Onsite facilities includes very inviting outdoor pool, tennis court, fitness room, lovely gardens, Irish bar, restaurant, supermarket also car parking space. Puerto Mazarron is a short drive from Condado and offers beautiful beaches and a chic marina. Its palm tree lined promenade, fountains and abundance of cafés, bars and restaurants make it a great place to visit. The historical cities of Murcia, Cartagena and Lorca are only a short distance from the apartment. Approximately 40 minutes from San Javier airport and the new international airport at Corvera (opening in 2012) is approximately a 20 minutes drive.
