Another excellent two bedroom, two bathroom, pool facing apartment on the prestigious Laguna Golf Complex in Playa Flamenca. This bright and spacious well furnished apartment is fully equipped with sun-beds and outside balcony furniture and offers the full UK TV package. Living/Dining Room - The living room is very bright and spacious and comprises of a three seater sofa bed an armchair and a large wall unit which houses a flat screen TV and DVD Player, along with a selection of glasses and reading books. There is a corner table which houses a reading lamp, along with a matching coffee table. The dining area offers an extendable dining table with four dining chairs. This room is equipped with two ceiling fans with built in lights. An arched breakfast bar/serving hatch seperates the kitchen from the living room area.
Kitchen/Utility Room - The kitchen is full fitted with all white goods ie: automatic dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave & toaster. There is adequate cutlery and crockery to cater for up to 6 people. At the far end of the kitchen there is a utility room which houses the automatic washing machine, a sink and all cleaning equipment. This room is also used to store the iron, ironing-board and clothes airer, along with sun-loungers and other outdoor activity equipment, including a set of golf clubs.
Twin Bedroom - The twin bedroom comprises of two single beds with a bedside cabinet and lamp. There is a very good sized fitted wardrobe. This room is fitted with a ceiling fan which has built in lights. A large window allows plenty of natural light to fill the room and also provides an excellent view of the pool area. Opposite the twin bedroom is the family shower room offering toilet, shower, handbasin built into a wooden bathroom cabinet and set into marble, above the unit is a large mirror with built in spotlights.
Double Bedroom - The large en-suite double bedroom comprises of a double bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps, a ceiling fan with built in lights, as well as a large fitted wardrobe. This room is also full on natural light which floods in from the sliding patio doors which lead out onto the balcony, where once again this offers views across the communal swimming pool and bathing area. The en-suite bathroom consists of a full size bath with overhead shower, bidet, toilet and a fitted bathroom cabinet with hand wash basin set in marble above which is a large mirror with built in spotlights.
Balcony - The balcony stretches the full length of the property and can be accessed via the double bedroom or the living room area. It´s outside furniture consists of a class topped dining table with four matching chairs. This is an excellent vantage point looking out across the well maintained garden area and communal swimming pool.
Local Amenities - There are many bars and restaurants surrounding the Laguna Golf complex, the nearest being Concierto´s Bar which is only a 5 minute walk from the complex. A good selection of food can also be purchased here. There are several other bars in this area, all offering good food and good entertainment. There is a tai Restaurant within a 10 minute walk of the complex called the Banana Boat, this is a first class restaurant and is well worth a visit. Also, within a 10 minute walk from the complex is small underground Spanish supermarket offering many uk lines and in the same complex there are several bars along with a Chinese restaurant as well as a Chinese Wok Buffet. A little further afield is the La Florida commercial centre where there is a larger Supermarket and a greater selection of bars and restaurants, along with the famous Emerald Isle bar/restaurant.
Beaches - The nearest beaches are approximately 1 mile from the complex. Playa Flamenca beach is overlooked by bars and restaurants. There is a beach bar in place throughout the summer months offering cold drinks as well as hot and cold snacks which include tapas. Wicker beach umbrellas and sun-loungers can be hired if required. There is a lifeguard station which is manned throughout the summer months and toilets with baby changing stations are also supplied throughout the holiday period.
