This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom terraced bungalow is located on the Mazarron Country club within easy walking distance of the communal swimming pool, tennis courts and petanca.
There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom both with built in wardrobes,bedside tables and lamps. The bathroom comprises of a shower, toilet and hand basin.
There is a fully fitted kitchen including all modern appliances microwave, fridge freezer, oven hob and extractor, washing machine and all crockery and cutlery.
All linen is included for your stay except outside towels please bring your own for the beach and pool.
Prices:
Low season:(nov-feb) 150 euros per week
Mid season:(mar-may & sep-oct) 190 euros per week
High season:(june-aug) 250 euros per week
There are additional payments needed for use of the electricity by way of cards purchased for 10 euros per week.
a deposit of 20% will secure your weeks and balance is expected 4 weeks before you arrive and a security deposit of 150 euros is held and returned on exit
