In Bedroom 1, there are 2 single beds, and fitted wardrobes, with a large georgian style window, with views on to the back garden. It is a very large bedroom, and has the possibilities of more bed space, with camp-beds underneath each Bed. There is a side cabinet with bedside lamp.

Bedroom 2 is the family bedroom, with Double Bed, fitted wardrobes, Vanity table with mirror, 2 bedside cabinets with lamps, and chandelier lights. It has a double door with security grills, which leads out onto the private back garden space, and patio area.

The white tiled bathroom has a double sink with large mirror, WC, and bathtub with overhead shower. The cupboards under the sink create plenty of storage.

There is a small purpose built car park just a few meters away from the apartment. The urbanization has 24 hour security coverage all year round. A stairway from the front porch leads up to the part open and part shaded rooftop Solarium with it´s own built in BBQ complete with a table and 4 chairs, as well as a traditional tiled built in bench. This also lends itself to being an excellent private sunbathing area.

The gated communal pool is just a short stroll from the property and is of an excellent size, with ample sunbathing areas along with a few strategically placed trees to offer a little bit of welcome shade in the hot summer months.
