The Location: This typically Spanish apartment is situated in the Plaza at Villa Martin. The Plaza with renowned choice of restaurants and bars is a very popular night spot for holiday makers and golfers. 2 levels of establishments guarantees that all tastes will be catered for. In the summer the plaza takes on a life of its own with many of the restaurants offering live music which adds to the vibrant atmosphere. There are also some shops offering gifts and Lladro and a supermarket that opens 7 days a week and stocks many familiar UK brands. For the golfer a 5 minute walk and you can be on the first tee at Villa Martin golf club. If this isn’t enough, then 10 minutes in the car and you have another 2 excellent courses to chose from. For the beach lover, 10 minutes by car heading towards the coast and you will find La Zenia Beach and this is just one of many along this stretch of the coast. Other activities in the area include horse riding, go-karts and water sports.
The apartment is fully furnished and offers a very comfortable environment where the owners have added a number of personal touches. A sofa and plenty of seating on the private balcony provide plenty of room to relax at the end of the day.
The delightful terrace just through the patio doors at the end of the lounge has 4 comfortable chairs and an external table where you can pass an evening just people watching. Double glazed patio doors have been provided to block out any noise from outside. The modern tiled kitchen has a lovely marble breakfast bar. An arched serving hatch opens up the kitchen which is fully equipped with oven & hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave oven. Other items include a kettle, toaster and even an iron and ironing board. All the necessary cooking utensils, cutlery, glasses, crockery etc are provided. The bedroom has 2 singles beds, fitted wardrobes and bedside table. All bedding is provided. The double glazed patio doors leading out on to the balcony will keep any unwanted noise from outside inturupting a good nights sleep! Air Conditioning which blows both hot and cold air and a ceiling fan is also fitted in the bedroom. The bathroom has a modern touch with a tiled walk in shower with a glass brick screen, creating a feeling of space within, bidet, w.c and wash hand basin. All the necessary bath towels are supplied. The lovely communal pool is for residents use only and a key is supplied for guests. In addition to the supermarket, there is also a bank and a Doctors surgery where visitors may attend and pay for a consultation if necessary. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit. Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 25 minutes.
