This apartment is a spacious and well presented 2 bedroom (sleeps 4 people) place situated on the sought after resort of La Finca Golf near Algorfa on the Costa Blanca of Spain.
The apartment is situated in a secure gated community and furnished to a high standard. It has air conditioning and ceiling fans. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens and has a large communal swimming pool, the property also benefits from having a landscaped garden area for which is ideal for a Barbeque at any time of the day, or just to get some sun - of which there is plenty of in Spain!
As well as being ideal for soaking up the sun and enjoying a well deserved break, this apartment is also ideal for Golfers wishing to have a golfing holiday. With its location being on the La Finca Golf Resort, the club house is a 2 minute drive away. If you fancy plaing some other courses during your stay, there are plenty to choose from. Within a 20 minute driving radius there are more than 8 other courses therefore making it a perfect base to return to when not on the course.
Returning back to the actual apartment, there is an outdoor eating area on the terrace which leads on to the private garden.
Inside the apartment the bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds in each, the master bedroom benefits from an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms are of a good size and have fitted wardrobes with lots of space.
The lounge and dining area is large and has UK Television for those who want to keep up to speed on affairs in the UK. A spacious area with plenty of room to relax in. Also benefitting from having a DVD player with a selection of DVDs and also a music centre.
The kitchen is well equipped with all the items you would expect at home. The apartment benefits from air-conditioning in the lounge and dining area. This gives a well needed break from the 35ºC+ temperatures during the summer months.
A complimentary basic Welcome Pack will be provided of bread, butter, milk, water and a bottle of wine. In addition you should find tea, coffee and other basic essentials in the cupboards, as well as BBQ coals and lighters - please use and replace these so that they are available for future guests at the apartment.
