Stunning Las Americas apartment completely re-furbished to a high standard in summer 2009. The apartment is located on the ground floor level of the complex and is ideally suited for wheelchair and pushchair access, and overlooks one of the two pools. The complex is totally enclosed and is accessible by locked security gates only. There are also security gates on all of the apartments exterior doors.
There is a good size open plan lounge/kitchen area, containing a large double sofa which can easily be converted into a bed. The living room has a TV which receives English channels and a DVD player which plays both DVD's and music CD's. Patio doors lead onto the large double balcony.
The kitchen area consists of a built in oven and hob, integrated microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and all modern accessories/crockery.
The bedroom has a double bed with plenty of wardrobe space and patio doors which again lead onto the large double balcony. In addition, if required, a stand alone camp bed can be provided to accommodate extra guests. The bathroom has a modern white suite and a large walk in shower. Ceiling fans are sited in both the living room and bedroom areas. All linen and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
The balcony area is furnished with a large patio table and chair set, parasol and two UPVC sun loungers.
The apartment is centrally located in the popular San Eugenio area of Torviscas, Las Americas, and is within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars and entertainment. Aqualand and Siam Park water parks are 5 and 10 minute walk away respectively.
