Location Situated just outside the main commercial centre but close to some local shops of Quesada. Quesada Club and Bowling Club are with in easy walking distance, which offers entertainment most evenings, a restaurant, swimming pool, bowling green, and snooker table.
Also, the villa is within easy access to the motorway which opens up the whole of the Costa Blanca. Alicante airport is 30 minutes away and Murcia Airport is 35 minutes away. There is a golf course only 5 minutes drive and numerous other courses a short drive away. This is an ideal location Holiday or Long Term rental. The property comfortably sleeps six people.
Through the front door you come into the living area which is bright and spacious and is furnished very nicely with an emphasis on comfort and more than ample seating. Attractive coffee tables matches the other furniture in the living area which includes occasional tables, dresser, table lamps, ceiling fans and a gas log fire plus low energy electric radiators throughout needed for the colder months Air Condition units are also present. There is a British Package on the television and also a DVD player.
Through to the kitchen which is fully equipped with hob and oven and large fridge freezer, kettle ,toaster etc. and a washing machine.
There are two bedrooms situated downstairs, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed. Both have wardrobes . The downstairs Bathroom has all the usual facilities plus a bath.
Going up the attractive staircase is a fabulous area, comprising of a conservatory with an eating area with table and chairs also a terrace for enjoying the sun. The Master Bedroom is off of this space. This has a double bed and fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps, with lovely high ceiling. Air con providing either Hot or Cold air from this unit.
There is also an en suite with another bath and an over head shower, w.c, bidet and wash hand basin. The Villa has also been fitted with security grills. The Villa has a small garden with table and chairs and filled with mature Mediterranean plants.
The communal pool is only a short walk from the house.
