A new dual carriageway has made travelling a lot more efficient in this area. Mazarron town is about 5 mins drive away. Puerto de Mazarron and the beaches are 10 min easy drive. Both towns have all the necessary amenities for living in the area eg. shops, medical facilities, restaurants and Bars. Puerto de Mazarron in particular is very popular with the Spanish themselves for their holidays.
