This lovely apartment is a home from home. It has all you require for a good holiday, be it eating on the balcony or frequenting the local restaurants the choice is yours. Sun bathe at the apartment/ complex all day or stroll across to the beautiful sandy beach.
The welcome pack includes water, milk, coffee, tea bags and biscuits.
.Beautiful two bedroom apartment for rent in the much sought after Caleton Blanco complex in the new town, across from the main beach, Playa Grande and beside all amenities.The complex has a large swimming pool and a separate children's pool set in mature well kept gardens with great sea views.There are plenty of sun lounges beside the pool for clients who prefer to stay close to the apartment and still avail of the wonderful Lanzarote sun .
There are locked gates at both entrances.
The apartment has twin beds and sleeps four. There is a small safe in the apartment. It is furnished to a high standard giving all the comforts needed on a holiday.We strive to made it a home from home.
The fitted kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, cutlery, delph and cooking utensils.
There is also a flat screen tv with sky free to air channels and all radio stations plus a DVD and CD player. There is a selection of DVDs and books in the apartment.
The large balcony has extensive views of, the complex, the sunset over the mountains which is wonderful,and sea view. There is a table and 4 chairs plus sun loungers on the balcony. You can sunbathe in the privacy of the balcony or stroll across the road to the main beach.
The choice is yours.
Towels and linen are in place on arrival. Towel and linen change once a week by management company for stays of 2 weeks or longer.
