The casita is perfect for a relaxing break or a special celebration.
Casita La Almendra, has been tastefully restored into luxury accommodation. There is a large shared swimming pool with panoramic lake and mountain views. Only 10 minutes from beautiful white mountainside village of Iznajar.
The casita has one smartly furnished double bedroom and a stylish open plan living area.
The master bedroom has a quality double bed, bedside tables, large wardrobe and an en suite shower room. The en suite shower room is beautifully tiled with large shower, basin and WC.
The open plan kitchen / living area has a traditional Andalucian kitchen area with built in oven and hob. There is a fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle etc and full range of cookware. There is also a dining area with table and chairs for 2 people. The cosy lounge area has been furnished with 2 chairs, satellite TV, DVD player, games and a large range of books and DVDs.
The casita has a spacious private terrace with BBQ, pergola, table and chairs.
There is a large shared pool (10m x 5m, depth from 1.4m to 1.9m) with steps at the shallow end and tiled terraces equipped with sun loungers and cushions. The panoramic view of Lake Iznajar from the pool and tearraces are absolutely breathtaking. There is a poolside shower and electric lamps light the pool and terraces at night.
There is central heating for use in the cooler months so the casita can be enjoyed all year round. Fans are provided in the summer months and the casita is naturally cool as it benefits from the hilltop breezes in the summer.
The casita is non smoking, but you are welcome to smoke outside on the terraces.
Linen and towels are changed twice per week in the summer months and once a week the rest of the year.
We provide a free welcome pack containing eggs, bacon, milk, water, orange juice, bread and a bottle of local wine. A vegetarian alternative is also available on request.
