The villa boasts it's own large electrically heated private pool which is gated to restrict small children from migrating to the pool area. It has a large south facing patio which provides fantastic areas for the children to play safely and for the family to lounge in the sun, eat alfresco near the BBQ area or just relax with a glass of wine on the rattan sofa and arm chairs. If you like shade, there is an extensive Pergola area just to chill out under and enjoy the Canarian warm weather that extends throughout the year. A full sized pool table is located in the beautiful garden areas so that children and adults can enjoy a game with a bit of competition for all.
The villa is fully equipped, the lounge provides a fabulous environment with air conditioning and a 42 inch LCD screen with a full Sky package (Sports and Family pack) . A DVD, CD-player & radio are also provided and there is also a second TV with an integrated video player. A PlayStation 2 console and 2 controllers (you will need to provide your own games) the villa has a few videos for the children and some DVDs, CDs and Books for you to use. Internet connections are available on request.
The lounge is large, light and includes air conditioning, it has leather sofas, recliner/casual chairs and lovely views over the patios and out to sea, it will easily cater for up to ten adults comfortably. The dining area comfortably seats ten people.
The fully fitted kitchen incorporates natural materials including hand made units with marble work surfaces and modern appliances.
The five good sized bedrooms , two include king sized beds and three are twin bedrooms all with hand made wooden built in wardrobes; all bedrooms have ceiling fans. Four 'walk in' shower rooms (two on-suites one with bath) all with large mirrors and twin wash hand basins.
The extensive south facing terraced areas with views to the sea and Fuerteventura are on two levels, which can be reached via the large panoramic sliding glass doors leading from the lounge, the upper level which is gated has a large pergola area, providing shade in the heat of the day. Beneath the pergola is a marble table and seating adjacent to the built in feature BBQ for formal or 'alfresco' style dining. Also provided are sun loungers with luxury cushion covers, reclining chairs and a round table with bamboo chairs which can be used for serving snacks & drinks outside.
On the lower terrace (three steps down) is the pool area, the pool which is solar and electrically heated, is 4m by 8m and having a depth varying from 1.33m to 1.7m surrounded by a tiled patio and enclosed by a dado wall which provides privacy to the pool and adjacent areas. There is plenty of room around the pool to lay your sunbeds and bathe in the privacy of your own swimming pool area.
