From the dining area there are patio doors leading to the large sun terrace and beautiful swimming pool which is a very generous size at 6x10m with the depth ranging from .50 to 2 m. During colder months this can be heated if required for a supplementary charge.
The ultra modern kitchen is a joy to spend time in with a centre work station and all of the necessary appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, a new Aga range-master which is half electric and half gas, American fridge/freezer, microwave and even an additional wall mounted plasma TV.
Of the 4 bedrooms one has a super king size bed, 2 have king sized beds and on is a twin room. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities in addition to which there is a further family bathroom and a separate cloakroom. Three of the bedrooms also have plasma TVs.
